The findings from the Judicial Review, instigated by An Taisce against the planning authorisation for a cheese plant proposed by Kilkenny Cheese (JV between Glanbia and Royal A-Ware) in Belview, Co. Kilkenny was issued yesterday, which upheld the decision by An Bord Pleanála to grant planning for the proposed development.
