Malone O’Regan has been to the forefront of the provision of expert environmental consultancy services to the Irish market since the early 1990’s.

  • The company successfully completed the first Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) undertaken in Ireland for a major infrastructural project, namely the new Port of Waterford at Belview. 
  • The company successfully completed the preparation of the first IPC licence applications submitted for industrial developments on greenfield sites in Ireland for large US multinational companies, namely Masonite Corporation (County Leitrim) and Louisiana Pacific (County Kilkenny).

Malone O’Regan Consulting Engineers was established in 1978 by the late Brendan O’Regan and Steve Malone. The firm first started providing environmental services in the early 1990’s. Due to client demand, Malone O’Regan Environmental (MOR Environmental) was formally established in January 1998 as a subsidiary to Malone O’Regan, to provide dedicated environmental consultancy services to our clients.  For over 20 years the company has been successfully providing a wide range of environmental services to both public and private sector clients. 

Through our commitment to the highest standards of customer service, we focus on working in close partnership with clients, dedicated to achieving project success on time and within budget.
